Instructions on how to make a camera obscura and camera lucida

Most of the images are large, high resolution files (300 dpi) and will take several minutes to download. Please be patient. The high resolution is necessary for good quality print. If you don't have a broadband connection it would be unwise to choose any image larger than 1000KB. Please note that the logos and poster, drawn by Quentin Blake, are copyright material. They may only be used for events associated with The Big Draw. Text may be omitted or changed as required. If any image selected returns the message 'page not found', please notify admin@campaignfordrawing.org.

Posters and banner downloads

Select the link to the poster and size of choice. If you don't have a broadband connection it would be unwise to choose any image larger than 1000KB. We have left you a space should you wish to insert your own logo in the bottom left-hand corner of the poster.
PDF files can be printed directly from Adobe Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded free from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat. It is recommended that you use pdf files, rather than jpgs, as large images are much quicker to download. For jpg images, printing directly from the browser will not yield the correct size image. The easiest way to print the poster is to open Word, select Insert/Picture/From File from the menu bar, selecting the correct file. A better way is to use an image manipulation program.
